As the production sites are not located there, it has founded a German legal entity to organize the distribution of sales in Germany and neighboring countries. The turnover in Germany amounts to approx. EURO 80 million. Although a legal department is not required, the corporation is seeking to ensure legal compliance and obtain hands-on advice enabling swift action.
